CrossFit H Dub offers a variety of services. Our goal is to provide our members with everything they need in regards to health and fitness!
CrossFit is performing "constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity". Our group programming will help you become a better athlete, while you are meeting new people. Workouts include, but aren't limited to, strength training, conditioning, plyometrics, core training, olympic lifting, mobility, stability, and flexibility.
We understand that group training is not for everyone, especially as a new CrossFitter. One-on-one training is a great way to get started because we can dedicate our full attention to you. This is also great for an athlete that needs help on a specific skill or movement. Our coaches can personalize your workout so it caters to your specific needs and goals.

This is required for all beginning CrossFitters. You will meet with a coach for no longer than 30-minutes. We will sit down and talk about your fitness goals and pick the best game plan. One thing CrossFit H Dub takes pride in is our on-boarding program. We put all new members through the safest and most effective fundamentals program. CrossFit is intense, complex, and most importantly, effective. Starting the right way is critical to your future success. There is never any pressure in our no-sweat intro, so come chat with us!
YES, exercise is fun and will get you in shape, to an extent. The cold hard truth is that your commitment to your health & fitness can’t end in the gym – it must carry over to the kitchen with your nutrition.
Our nutrition coaching is macronutrient based and personalized for YOU. We take YOUR lifestyle and goals into consideration to figure out a game plan so that you are confident that you are eating to reach those goals.
The CrossFit H Dub Nutrition Group is the first step in reaching your nutritional and body composition goals. Members in this group get access to a Private Facebook group where they are paired with a coach. Through the Facebook page, members check-in on a weekly basis. This check-in allows your coach to change up the client's individualized nutrition protocol based on their weekly feedback and progress.

While we do what we can to fit in skill work during class, we can only fit so much into an hour. If you are looking to get some extra work on a skill you are developing, get feedback on some lifts, or get some quick skills and drills, these sessions are for you. They include a coach working one-on-one with you on the movement of your choice, i.e. drills, progressions, spotting, whatever is appropriate in helping you improve the skill. They will also include "homework" after the session that the athlete can work on on their own to improve (specific to the movement).

Upon scheduling, you must give no less than 24 hours notice before postponing or cancelling a session, otherwise that session will be considered used.
