So today begins our weekly series "Fitness Tip Friday." We will be posting a video and blog post every Friday that will include "pearls & nuggets" galore to improve your fitness skills and knowledge. In our first week, we are discussing toes-2-bar. Everyone knows that awkward swing we experience when we are learning toes-to-bar. This swing makes it very difficult to quickly and efficiently string T2B together. So, how do we avoid this? Our tip today is to aggressively bring your legs back to the arch position after your toes make contact with the bar. This puts us in a controlled position, ready and loaded for the next one. We hope this tip helps you in your next workout with toes-to-bar. Get to the gym and practice!
