This week's Fitness Tip Friday is coming to you from the humble abode. The holidays are upon us, which means more traveling, more eating, and less time to make it into the gym. This is a tip that will help you make no excuses as to why you can't do something to get out of breath during time at your Grandma's house.
It's called DEATH BY... whatever you want. Pick a movement and you will perform an ascending ladder of this movement every minute on the minute. Min 1 = 1 rep, min 2 = 2 reps, min 3 = 3 reps, and so on until you can no longer perform the given amount of reps within the minute.
