Fitness Tip Friday: 17.1

It's HERE!! The Open is finally here and it's time to show off all the hard work you've been putting in at the gym. This is a time to have FUN with your fitness, not a time to add additional stress to your life. Remember - it's just a workout! With that said, here is a tip to save your hips and keep your heart rate down during those burpee box jumps in 17.1.
