Fitness Tip Friday: Butterfly Pull-ups (Part 1)

Happy (fitness tip) Friday y'all! This week, and next, we are giving you some progressions to drill and master butterfly pull-ups. This is the most efficient way to do pull-ups, but can be hard to practice under fatigue. These drills will help you get down the rhythm without getting too fatigued. Check it!
